We want you to love your Snag gear, but if the fit isn't right, you can return or exchange unworn items within 30 days of delivery. All items must be in their original packaging with tags attached to be eligible for a full refund.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Choose Your Method
Select whether you would like a direct refund to your original payment method or an instant store credit for an exchange.
Pack and Label
Securely pack your items and print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal, then attach it to the outside of your package.
Drop Off and Track
Drop your package off at any authorized shipping location and keep your tracking number handy until your refund is processed.
